Marc E. Denison was born in Houston, Texas. Mr. Denison grew up in Houston and graduated from high school in Houston in 1995. Upon graduation, he was accepted at Texas A&M University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Distribution in 1999.

Following graduation, Mr. Denison moved to California and began working in the Industrial Sales industry first in Santa Barbara and later in Santa Clara. He ultimately moved to Dallas, TX to continue working in the Industrial Sales industry.

In 2004, Mr. Denison moved back to California and began his legal studies at the University of San Francisco School of Law. While at USF, he participated in the Predatory Lending Clinic that was designed to inform and protect individuals from predatory lending practices. Additionally, during his second year of law school, Mr. Denison participated in an externship with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office in the Misdemeanor Division. During the summer after his second year of law school, he clerked for Clifford & Brown conducting legal research and obtaining exposure to a wide array of legal matters.

Mr. Denison obtained his Juris Doctorate from USF in 2007. Shortly thereafter, he returned to Bakersfield and joined Clifford & Brown, where he is now a partner. Mr. Denison is admitted to the State Bar of California, and the Eastern and Central Districts of California. His practice consists of a broad range of business transactional matters including business formation, transactions, acquisitions, estate planning and probate matters, real estate, and HOA matters.
