Nicholas J. Street was born in Bakersfield, California. Upon his graduation from Highland High School in 1998, he completed a short stint at Bakersfield College before transferring to the University of California at Santa Barbara where he graduated in 2002 with a B.S. in Biological Psychology and a minor in Organic Chemistry.
Following graduation Mr. Street returned to his hometown of Bakersfield and began working for the Kern County Probation Department as a Deputy Probation Officer in the Criminal Investigations Unit.
In 2003 Mr. Street began his legal studies at Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. While at Whittier, he received honors in legal writing and went on to become a Senior Member of the Whittier Journal of Child and Family Advocacy. Additionally, following his second year of law school, Mr. Street clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California where he maintained a full caseload in the Misdemeanor Crimes Unit.
Mr. Street obtained his Juris Doctorate from Whittier in 2006. Shortly thereafter he returned to Bakersfield and joined Clifford & Brown. Mr. Street has been admitted to the State Bar of California and all of the Federal District Courts in California. His areas of practice include business litigation, civil litigation and personal injury.
