Dennis (“Denny”) P. Gallagher, II, was born in the Los Angeles area and moved to Bakersfield at a young age. He attended Centennial High School, graduating at the top of his class.
Dennis attended the University of Notre Dame as a freshman before transferring to the University of Southern California, where he graduated with a double major in Political Science and International Relations. At USC, Dennis was highly active as a campus tour guide, community service volunteer, and President of Phi Alpha Delta, the nation’s foremost pre-law fraternity.
Following graduation, Dennis worked in the USC Office of Admissions before beginning his legal studies at California Western School of Law in San Diego. While at Cal Western, Dennis was an active member of the student body while clerking with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego in their Low Income Tax Clinic as well as with the Kazerouni Law Group, located in Orange County, before coming to Clifford & Brown.
Dennis obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2014. Shortly thereafter, he returned home to Bakersfield and joined Clifford & Brown as an associate attorney. Dennis is primarily a litigation attorney whose practice currently focuses on general tort, legal malpractice and business litigation.
