Patricia Di Pasquale focuses her practice in the areas of civil litigation, business litigation, and appellate advocacy. She graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law with Distinction and received Jurisprudence Awards for Academic Excellence in Intellectual Property Scholarship and Housing Law and Policy. While in law school, Patricia participated in the Citizens Lawyer Program as a volunteer law clerk for Iowa Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. She also participated in moot court, including Appellate Advocacy and the Iowa Law Jessup International Moot Court Competition. In 2022 and 2023, Patricia externed for Justice Dana Oxley of the Iowa State Supreme Court and Judge Mark A. Roberts of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Iowa. Prior to law school, Patricia obtained her Bachelor of Arts in History and Art from the University of California, Berkeley, obtaining Highest Honors in History. Patricia has significant experience in the legal field, first as a paralegal and law clerk, and now as an attorney. She worked at the Bakersfield City Attorney’s Office, Douglas County Attorney’s Office in Omaha, Nebraska, and in plaintiff’s personal injury, employment law, and business litigation at other firms before joining Clifford & Brown in 2025.
Patricia is a California native from Tehachapi, California. In her spare time, Patricia enjoys oil painting and printmaking in her private art studio, league bowling, and hiking with her Australian Shepherd and Great Pyrenees.
